Chairman

Mr. Yudy Kanagasabai is a fellow member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka). Counts
over 35 years of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sri
Lanka, and the Maldives, and Singapore, before he retired
as the Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sri Lanka
and the Maldives on 31st March 2017. Has served on several
committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri
Lanka. As an Independent Non-Executive Director, he currently
serves as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of
Peoples Leasing and Finance Company PLC, Eswaran Brothers
Exports (Private) Limited, Maingate (Private) Limited, Kelani
Cables PLC and Arpico Insurance PLC. He also serves as an
Independent Director at Cargills Bank PLC.

He has served on the Boards of several listed and private
companies, including Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC, Millenium
IT ESP (Pvt) Limited, Taprobane Capital Plus Limited, Ambeon
Capital PLC, Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, Colombo City Holdings
PLC, Cargills Ceylon PLC, Cargills Food Company Limited,
Hunter & Company PLC, Lanka Canneries Limited, Union Bank
PLC and EAP Holdings Limited, and as a Commissioner of the
Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka.

Managing Director

Mr. Radha holds a B.Sc. Business Management degree from
the University of London.

Mr. Radha has vast knowledge and experience in a number
of business domains including Shipping, Logistics, Media,
Property Development and Trading. He had been the
Managing Director of Sea Services (Private) Limited, a Director
of Greenlanka Shipping (Private) Limited and the Chairman of
Vauxhall Shipping (Private) Limited.

Mr. Radha was the Founder Director of Radaan Media Works
India Limited and a Director of Radaan Talent Factory.

Presently, Mr. Radha is the Managing Director of SAR Shipping
(Private) Limited, SAR Maritime (Private) Limited, SAR Trading
(Private) Limited and the Chief Operating Officer of Greenlanka
Property Developer (Private) Limited.

Director

Mr. Balasubramaniam is the CEO of the corporate venture arm of the Qi Group of Companies, called Qi Capital. He holds various Board level positions including one in a chain of health food supermarkets in America called Down to Earth and a top tier hilltop village development in New Zealand, among others. Prior to his present role, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malaysia and Australia.

Mr. Balasubramaniam is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has extensive experience in private equity, corporate restructuring, audit, advisory, transaction-related work in mergers and acquisitions and debt capital raising

Director

Mr. Siva is the Managing Partner of his Kuala Lumpur-based corporate finance firm, which he founded in 2005. His core expertise includes structuring large project and complex cross-border financing, and actively securing essential bridge funding with regional private equity firms.

He holds vast experience in Strategic Consulting across engagements with major conglomerates in both Malaysia and Indonesia. He previously served in senior roles as a Group Corporate Planner and Group Finance Director for prominent Malaysian conglomerates.

A former professional from Arthur Andersen & Co., he is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Mr. Abeyesinhe is a Director for Asia Capital PLC, holding key positions across the Boards of various Group subsidiaries. He pursued his advanced higher studies in both the United States and the United Kingdom, establishing a strong foundation before embarking on a career in the dynamic financial markets of London.

Upon returning to Sri Lanka, he gained invaluable experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He subsequently brought his international and corporate expertise to Asia Capital PLC, officially
joining the organization in June 2009. Mr. Abeyesinhe is also a distinguished graduate of the prestigious Harvard Business School.

Mr. Stevenson boasts a remarkable 21-year tenure with International Group, where he currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit. His comprehensive experience is not limited to audit; it spans diverse, high-level domains including Business Strategy, Planning, and Strategic Development.

With over two decades entrenched in finance and accounting, Mr. Stevenson has skillfully navigated both publicly listed and private entities. His past leadership roles across different companies highlight his versatility, notably including positions such as Managing Director, Deputy Regional Director, Regional General Manager, and General Manager.

Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Law from Strathclyde University and is a member of both the ICAS and HKICPA.

He brings over 30 years of experience in Accountancy and Finance.

He is the Managing Director of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited and serves on the Asia Pacific Regional Board of Baker Tilly International.

Additionally, he is the Finance Director of the Dan Ryan’s Restaurant Group operator and an Independent Executive Director on the Board of Global Tech (Holdings) Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mr. Adrian Perera is a Fellow Member of ACCA (UK) and CIMA (UK), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, complemented by an MBA.

He possesses over 30 years of experience spanning Banking, Finance, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and IT.

His leadership roles include Group CEO of Thinnvali Hotels and Thinnai Farms, Director/Audit Committee Chairman of Britex Holding Ltd, and COO of EquiCapital Investment Ltd.

A former Chairman of ACCA Sri Lanka and a Governing Council Member of CMA, he is also a frequent economic commentator and paper presenter.

Mr. Bradley Emerson is a seasoned professional with over four decades in banking, education, and strategic leadership, holding an MBA and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
His banking career included key roles at Commercial Bank, Nations Trust Bank, and serving as Deputy CEO of Pan Asia Bank, where he led its turnaround and rebranding.

In the education sector, he drove exponential growth as Regional Director of CIMA-UK for South Asia and the Middle East, and served as Executive Director of IIHE. He currently lectures in Strategic Management and is pursuing a DBA.

Mr. Ganesan Shanmugam is an experienced business leader with over two decades of expertise in operational efficiency and strategic growth.

He currently serves as a Director at Aramex (M) Sdn. Bhd. (since 2013), having previously been the Country Manager (2011-2012). Before Aramex, he was the Managing Director at Avanti Worldwide Express Sdn. Bhd. (2000-2010).

His robust skill set encompasses Operations Management, Customs Regulations, Import/Export, and Supply Chain Optimization. Ganesan holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, USA.
